★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po znovu otevření prodejny perfektní, vstřícný personál, ovšem v poslední době je vidět, že je toho na ně moc a bohužel se to projevuje i v přístupu k zákazníkovi. Nakupovali jsme tam během celeho průběhu stavby RD a byli jsme spokojeni, ovšem už je tam toho příliš a občas na naopak základní věci jako v posledním případě obyčejné podložky M6 nejsou. Snažila jsem se zde i nadále nakupovat i pro firemní účely ale při posledním požadavků na zboží mi byla slíbená objednávka která následně nepřišla a nikdo se nepokusil situaci řešit a nabídnout náhradní řešení. A ano dávám za pravdu ostatním zákazníkům, že ceny značně vzrostlay a troufnou si říci, že je to momentálně nejdražsi obchod svého druhu ve městě.
 After the reopening of the store, the perfect, helpful staff, but recently it can be seen that there is too much for them and unfortunately it is reflected in the approach to the customer. We shopped there during the entire construction of the house and we were satisfied, but there is already too much and sometimes, on the contrary, the basic things, as in the latter case, are not ordinary M6 pads. I tried to continue shopping here for corporate purposes, but at the last request for goods, I was promised an order that did not come and no one tried to solve the situation and offer an alternative solution. And yes, I agree with other customers that prices have risen significantly and dare to say that it is currently the most expensive store of its kind in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdysi jsem zde občas nakupoval. Asi před rokem jsem něco sháněl pro firemní účely a vzpomněl jsem si na toto místo. Bylo to zde předělané, ale výběr pořád dobrý. S panem Hájkem jsem si domluvil slevu při větším odběru na firmu. Vše funguje, pokud něco sháním a na obchodě to není, objedná se to. Dobře fungují i přes mail, což se mi také líbí a ne všude to bývá samozřejmostí. Prý také funguje doručení materiálu na stavbu, ale to jsem zatím nezkusil. Nejvíce mě nadchla VÝROBA KLÍČŮ. Obsluha je zde skvělá, obzvlášť pan Hájek vždy vysmátý s dobrou náladou. Rád se sem vracím.
Slyšel jsem, že by do budoucna se plánuje rozšíření sortimentu a budovy. To bych velice přivítal, pokud to nebude znamenat zdražování sortimentu.
I used to shop here sometimes. About a year ago, I was looking for something for business purposes and I remembered this place. It was redone here, but the selection is still good. I agreed with Mr. Hájek on a discount for a larger purchase for the company. Everything works, if I'm looking for something and it's not in the store, it will be ordered. They work well via e-mail, which I also like and it is not a matter of course everywhere. It is said that the delivery of material for construction also works, but I have not tried that yet. I was most impressed by KEY PRODUCTION. The service here is great, especially Mr. Hájek always laughing in a good mood. I'm happy to come back here.
I have heard that in the future there are plans to expand the range and the building. I would very much welcome this, if it does not mean an increase in the price range.

Vzhledem k množství lidí, zboží a omezenému prostoru prodejny, je někdy obtížnější pohyb v úzkých uličkách mezi regály.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatný přístup. Koupil jsem věc za 1000kč, v autě pro jistotu poměřil zda je opravdu kompatibilní s mými potřebami, bohužel zjistil jsem že mi to nevyhovuje tak jsem to šel vrátit. Ani ne 5 minut po nákupu, zboží nepoškozeno (prodáváno bez obalu), ale vrátit nešlo. Prý jen vyměnit. Tak jsem byl donucen utratit výměnou 1000kč za blbosti co tak moc nepotřebuji...
Bad access. I bought the thing for 1000 CZK, in the car I measured for sure whether it is really compatible with my needs, unfortunately I found out that it does not suit me, so I went to return it. Not even 5 minutes after the purchase, the goods are undamaged (sold without packaging), but could not be returned. They say just replace. So I was forced to spend CZK 1,000 for nonsense I don't need so much ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Člověk tam jde pro jednu věc...třeba tuhle pro hmoždinky..a nechá tam skoro 3000??...prostě spousta pěkných a užitečných věcí..jak pro domácnost, zahradu tak dílnu...
You go there for one thing ... maybe this one for dowels..and you leave almost 3000?? there ... just a lot of nice and useful things..as for home, garden and workshop ...
