★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jakožto odběratel dílů jsem spokojen. Personál na úrovni moc milé chování, vždy poradí nebo pomohou. Jen pohotovost mě štve. Kolikrát dělám o víkendu servis strojů, a někdy se stane že dojde k záměně náhradního dílu a tudíž nepasuje, nemohu si ale dovolit čekat až do pracovního dne jelikož stroj jede pracovat/vydělávat. Chtěl bych díl pouze vyměnit ze skladu za správný což podle pohotovosti nejde. Takže jsem donucen stát a přijít o peníze. Jen pro zamyšlení, na pobočce v Modleticích mi byl vydán palivový filtr v sobotu ve 21:00 hod. Smutné proto 4 hvězdy.
As a parts customer, I am satisfied. Staff at the level of very kind behavior, always advise or help. Only the emergency annoys me. How many times do I service machines on the weekends, and sometimes it happens that the spare part is exchanged and therefore does not fit, but I can not afford to wait until the working day as the machine goes to work / earn. I would just like to exchange the part from the warehouse for the correct one, which is not possible according to the emergency. So I'm forced to stand and lose money. Just to think about it, at the branch in Modletice I was issued a fuel filter on Saturday at 21:00. Sad therefore 4 stars.
