★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jestli vám záleží na vašich penězích, tak s touto firmou poradců již nikdy více. Pán ze ZFP Karviná nerespektoval naše požadavky, neustále tvrdil, že je vše nutné zrušit a uzavřít znovu (asi kvůli provizi). Neuměl ani změnit poměr investic v IŽP, resp. tvrdil, že to nejde, což je nesmysl, atp. Tuto společnost ZFP nikdy více.

He did not even know how to change the investment ratio in IE, he said it was not, which is nonsense, etc. This ZFP is never more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Špatná zkušenost, pán, který přijel z Karviné na konzultaci evidentně chtěl jen další provizi. Nebyl schopen udělat ani změny v IŽP, které se běžně dělají a které jsme po něm požadovali. Místo změny parametrů v pojistce doporučoval rovnou zrušení a založení znovu. Proč nedokázal vysvětlit. Doporučuje jen konkrétní produkty, které mají asi nesmlouvané. Nabídky dalších finančních domů nedokázal porovnat. Nespolehlivý. Když si domluvíte schůzku nepřijede, neomluví se. Zbytečná ztráta času. Nedoporučuji.
