★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nový židovský hřbitov v Horažďovicích patří k majetku české Federace židovských obcí. Byl založen roku 1830 jako náhrada za původní pohřebiště v místním ghettu. Nejstarší dochovaný náhrobek je datován 1832. V areálu se vstupy ze severní a západní strany se do dnešní doby dochovalo téměř 400 náhrobků. Zajímavostí je stéla s textem ve třech jazycích - česky, německy a hebrejsky.
The new Jewish cemetery in Horažďovice belongs to the property of the Czech Federation of Jewish Communities. It was founded in 1830 as a replacement for the original burial site in the local ghetto. The oldest surviving tombstone is dated 1832. Almost 400 tombstones have been preserved in the area with entrances from the north and west. An interesting feature is a stele with text in three languages - Czech, German and Hebrew.
