Pak jsem zkusila projednat termín na příští rok (předpokládám, že když ví, že má na další 2 měsíce plno, ví také, kdy je první volný termín), řekla mi, ať zavolám mezi svátky. Nové klienty tedy evidentně nechce a chybí jí vstřícný klientský přístup. Taky nechápu, jak se může stát, že za další 2 měsíce nikdo svůj termín nezruší. So she obviously doesn't want new clients and she lacks a friendly client approach. I also do not understand how it can happen that no one will cancel their date in the next 2 months.
