★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vstup začíná strmým vysokým schodištěm s nefunkčním eskalátorem, který majitel nebo provozovatel již 14 dní nebyl schopen opravit. Dolů lze jen po schodech. Návštěvníci nemají povolen vjezd do garáže. Do haly další schody. Hala v 1.patře funguje jako obrovský skleník, takže je tam v létě na padnutí. Prostory ve 3.patře nemají klimatizaci! Toalety u nájemce ve 3.patře jsou v malém a úzkém kumbálu na košťata. Nízký tlak vody tamtéž, chudáci nájemci ve vyšších patrech.

Premises on the 3rd floor do not have air conditioning! The tenants' toilets on the 3rd floor are in a small and narrow broom closet. Low water pressure there, poor tenants on higher floors.
