★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedná se historickou památku ze které Jan Žižka z Trocnova dobyl město Prachatice. Zajímavostí je že dokladem jsou viditelné kamenné koule na hradbách města. Je to také místo kde je moc hezký výhled na Prachatice. Lze zde pořídit mnoho hezkých fotografií.
It is a historical monument from which Jan Žižka of Trocnov conquered the town of Prachatice. It is interesting that the proof is the visible stone balls on the city walls. It is also a place where there is a very nice view of Prachatice. You can take many nice photos here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhezčí výhled na město Prachatice. Geologická zvláštnost, křemenný val (čistý křemen), táhnoucí se odsud až téměř k Husinci. Z Žižkovy skalky dobýval (neboli spíše strategicky řídil) Prachatice v roce 1420 Jan Žiźka a v roce 1620 generál Buquoy (oboje dobývání skončilo nejen dobytím města ale i masakrem obyvatel). Přes Źižkovu skalku vede od dolní brány ke hřbitovnímu kostelu sv. Petra a Pavla tzv. Svatopetrská křížová cesta lemovaná barokními a klasicistními kapličkami.
The most beautiful view of the town of Prachatice. A geological peculiarity, a quartz mound (pure quartz), stretching from here almost to Husinec. Prachatice was conquered (or rather strategically managed) from Žižka's rock in 1420 by Jan Žiźka and in 1620 by General Buquoy (both conquests ended not only with the conquest of the town but also with the massacre of the inhabitants). Through Źižek's rock garden it leads from the lower gate to the cemetery church of St. Peter and Paul's so-called St. Peter's Stations of the Cross lined with Baroque and Classicist chapels.
