★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Practice rooms available for a moderate price; a 4 member band will pay about 200 CZK (aprox. $9) each for a 3 hour practice. Prices seem to vary depending on the room chosen as some are much better equipped and have more space. The prices are usually for the room, not per person so it's not really affordable as a regular practice meetup for bands. The staff are helpful and will lend small thing such as straps and picks if needed.
They also rent music and sound equipment for gigs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm almost married to this place. I use it with my 2 music projects. Staff is very good. Owner is usually around and he's pretty humble and always willing to assist so you can enjoy your time there. Most of the rooms are great, some of them are being upgraded at this moment. All rooms have drum set (no cymbals), 2x guitar amps, 1x bass amp, stereo PA system, mics. Instruments (cymbals, drum HW, guitars, bass guitars, among others) available for rent. Also live session recording is possible.
