Reagoval jsem na výhodný poměr ceny prodej/výkup, ale bohužel se jednalo jen o přechodný stav a momentálně veškeré potenciální zhodnocení konzumuje jejich marže, která je dvojnásobná (a nyní snad i nejvyšší na trhu) oproti stavu z listopadu 2019. Komunikace s klienty následně velmi špatná, po urgencích reagují na email po 14 a více dnech, nebo vůbec. Rozhodně nedoporučuji.
Poor experience in buying investment gold bars. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup hodnotím kladně, lepší cenu na internetu jsem nenašla. Přestože webovky ani komunikace nejsou dle standardů 21. století, proces objednávky byl bezproblémový. Dodací lhůta byla udávána mezi 7 a 14 dny, přičemž už za 3 dny bylo zboží k vyzvednutí na prodejně. Po zaplacení zálohy mi zafixovali cenu. Pobočka je " dobře schovaná" v 2. patře Obecního domu se vstupem že zadní strany, najít vstup bylo celkem dobrodružství. Příjemná obsluha poradila co a jak s případným odprodejem. Stačilo by dotáhnout pár věcí a neměla bych problém dát 5*.

The branch is "well hidden" on the 2nd floor of the Municipal House with the entrance that the back, finding the entrance was quite an adventure.
