Prodavačka nepříjemná a sdělila, že je to naší vinou a že reklamaci nejspíš neuznají. Po 3 týdnech vyzvednuto s tím, že reklamaci neuznali, ale prý opravili na vlastní náklady. Tím pádem přiznali, že jsou si vědomi chyby a že prodávají nekvalitní zboží. Ještě mi bylo sděleno, že náušnice za 3.tis nemůžou být nějak extra kvalitní. Přístup a neochotu bych v takovém obchodě nečekal. The worst experience, when buying earrings of white gold, we found at home that the thread is broken. Thus they admitted that they were aware of the mistake and were selling poor quality goods. I was also told that earrings for 3.tis could not be of some extra quality. I would not expect access and unwillingness in such a shop.

Prostě krámek, kde vám při nákupu šperků pomohou, pokud budete chtít pomocí a dostanete praktické rady. Nebojte se vstoupit. Mají tu zákazníky rádi. This is a small jewelry store with incredibly nice and helpful staff. Just a shop where they will help you when buying jewelry, if you want to help and get practical advice. Don't be afraid to enter.
