In case of a complaint (3x the same repair of the ring) they refuse to return the money.

Krásné šperky za normální ceny a pan zlatník má zlaté ruce :-) krásně mi zmenšil prstýnek, nikde není ani rýha nebo náznak, kde ten řez provedl, navíc za přijatelnou cenu (200kč) - jinde v Dejvicích si řekli 400... Zkrátka velká spokojenost!
Friendly staff, both the saleswoman and the goldsmith and the other salesman. Beautiful jewelry for normal prices and Mr. goldsmith has golden hands :-) he reduced my ring beautifully, there is no groove or hint where he made the cut, moreover for an affordable price (200 CZK) - elsewhere in Dejvice they said 400 ... In short, big satisfaction!
