★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Společnost vznikla na základě vybudování centrální výtopny na biomasu, která vytápí všechny sídliště po městě a některé další domy ve Žluticích. Vybudována byla díky přestavbě původní uhelné kotelny v roce 2002. Později k ní byl vystavěn i sklad na palivo a nachází se v dolní části města na sídlišti Mlýnská.
 The company was founded on the basis of building a central biomass heating plant, which heats all housing estates around the city and some other houses in Žlutice. It was built thanks to the rebuilding of the original coal-fired boiler room in 2002. Later a fuel depot was built there and is located in the lower part of the town in the Mlýnská housing estate.
