Tak by sa daly shrnout moje zkušenosti s touto realitní kanceláří.
- Přístup: "však on to vždycky někdo koupí," svědčí o pracovním ne-nasazení.
- Smlouvy neprošly konrolou u advokata. Jsou psané nesrozumitelně a v neprospěch kupujícího.
- Emailová komunikace naprosto nevyhovující. Makléř k emailu připojil jen soubor s rezervační smlouvou. Žádný text v emailu, ani zdvořilostní, nebo snad podpis s adresou firmy, IČem, telefonem. Prostě nic.
- Makléř při vyjednávání o rezervační smlouvě vyzradil jména, RČ a adresy jiných nakupujících bez mrknutí oka.
Dávám jednu hvězdičku za osobní kontakt, ten panu makléři celkem šel. Jinak bída, z potenciálního nákupu samozřejmě sešlo.

This is a summary of my experience with this real estate agency.
- Approach: "However, he always buys it," indicates work non-commitment.
- The contracts did not pass the examination of a lawyer. They are written incomprehensibly and to the detriment of the buyer.
- Email communication completely unsatisfactory. The broker attached only a file with the reservation contract to the email. No text in the email, no courtesy, or perhaps a signature with the company address, ID number, phone. Just nothing.
- The broker revealed the names, registration numbers and addresses of other shoppers in the blink of an eye when negotiating the reservation contract.
I give one star for personal contact, he went to the broker in total. Otherwise, misery, the potential purchase, of course, came to an end.
