★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obchod ZOFI mohu doporučit. Po objednávce se přišlo na to, že uvedené zboží nebylo skladem, ale paní Dagmar Studená situaci rychle a ochotně vyřešila. Mám z toho pocit, že jí záleží na spokojenosti zákazníka. S dopravou nebyl problém, zavolali z depa, volal řidič a co jsme si domluvili, tak to bylo.
I can recommend the ZOFI store. After the order, it was discovered that the goods were not in stock, but Mrs. Dagmar Studená solved the situation quickly and willingly. I feel that she cares about customer satisfaction. There was no problem with transport, they called from the depot, the driver called and what we agreed on, that was it.
