I picked up zebrafish from there two weeks ago. A couple (the salesman claimed that both males, but one of them was a female). Both were in a terrible condition, ill, so that the vet didn't save either. Male - inflammation of the skin all over the body, females the same on more than half. Birds from the same aviary will be in a similar situation - other zebras + canaries - the aviary was certainly not / will not be disinfected, so the staphylococcus that caused the inflammation can infect others. The male left us yesterday, the female will soon follow him. He suffered greatly from that.

Absolute satisfaction. As a beginner in breeding, I returned to Želvička repeatedly and they were always willing to help me. I appreciate that I wanted to buy everything possible in bulk and, on the contrary, they tamed me ?. I've never noticed a problem with fish.

I don't know how the store has been lately, because I haven't shown up for a very long time. Reviews by other reviewers say that the store is going down rapidly with the look, offer and expertise of employees, which I can't judge because I haven't been there for a really long time. However, as far as the time when I went there, I was very satisfied, in my opinion it is one of the best pet stores in the Zlín region and possibly in a larger area. Always a large selection of quality "branded" feed and other products, a large selection of plants and fish and other animals. What I appreciate is the possibility to have an aquarium made to measure according to the required size together with a cabinet under the aquarium, which I used twice for my two aquariums. It is true that the covers with lighting from this seller are not so good, they always started to fall apart after two years, the lighting is not well done in the covers, anyway I can not say about the aquarium as such, which I would say very well processed and made, glued well (I hope) and the cabinets under the aquarium according to the price category correspond to the quality and are therefore suitable. Due to the two reviews that they rate with two stars, I will probably go there again in the near future and I have to confirm whether the reviews of the two reviewers are based on the truth. As I say, I have always been extremely satisfied. Yes, the prices for branded products are higher here and overall the prices are higher compared to the competition, in any case due to the large selection of products I never minded, on the contrary. For the time being, given my previous experience, I can't do anything other than give 5 *, because this shop really comes / came to me, always one of the best I've visited compared to other pet stores. I recommend!

Now, a week later, unfortunately, most of my fish died in quick succession, the water has the right pH, hardness and temperature. I have a 3-pin filtration connected with a sludge trap, as well as a disinfection unit with central heating and ozone. A veterinarian looked at them 3 days ago (4 surviving fish out of 14). I put water-soluble tablets in the water and I hope they survive. Ps.
