★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nestává se úplně často, aby měl abstinent svého osobního vinaře. Míra Kapoun to se svým Zralým vínem dokázal.?
Nejvíce oceňuji, že veškerý sortiment pochází od prověřených vinařů a že všechna vína Míra osobně příchutnal. Takže o každém z nich dokáže povyprávět, ohodnotit ho a spárovat nejen s jídlem, ale už i s chutěmi členů mé rodiny, pro které vína od Míry kupuji.
Zralé víno navíc:
- bylo spolupořadatelem libereckého Vínování, což byla úžasná akce
- pořádá degustace, takže Morava jezdí až za námi na sever
- má výborný, osobní a milý přístup
- balí objednávku do moc hezkých a užitečných krabic
- vychází cenově opravdu skvěle ✅
Jsem moc rád, že jsem Míru mohl osobně poznat a několikrát do roka využít služeb Zralého vína. Mohu jen doporučit, 5 z 5 ⭐
 It is not often that an abstinent has a personal winemaker. Míra Kapoun proved it with his Mature Wine
I appreciate the most that the entire assortment comes from proven winemakers and that all Míra wines were tasted personally. So he can talk about each of them, evaluate it and pair it not only with the food, but also with the tastes of my family members, for whom I buy wines from Míra.
Extra ripe wine:
- was a co-organizer of the Liberec Vínování, which was an amazing event
- organizes tastings, so Moravia goes north after us
- has an excellent, personal and kind approach
- packs the order in very nice and useful boxes
- prices are really great ✅
I am very glad that I was able to meet Míra in person and use the services of Mature Wine several times a year. I can only recommend, 5 out of 5 ⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zralému vínu vděčím za objevení Kadrnků a Elišky Béčkové (Volařík & No.44), kdo tyto vinaře a jejich vína zná, ví, o jaký skvost se jedná. Velmi potěšil také výběr z mých oblíbených Johanniterů a vín s nulovým zbytkovým cukrem.
Jakožto častý návštěvník Moravy a sklípků obzvláště, jsem nadšený, že díky panu Kapounovi máme to nejlepší, ochutnané a odzkoušené víno i u nás na severu.
Těšíme se s mojí paní na 1. degustaci pod taktovkou Zralého vína. ?
I am grateful to the mature wine for the discovery of the Kadrnkas and Eliška Béčková (Volařík & No.44), who knows these winemakers and their wines, knows what a gem this is. He was also very pleased with the selection of my favorite Johanniters and wines with zero residual sugar.
As a frequent visitor to Moravia and the cellars in particular, I am thrilled that thanks to Mr. Kapoun we have the best, tasted and tested wine in our north.
My lady and I are looking forward to the 1st tasting under the baton of Mature Wine. ?
