Byl jsem objednaný,a to mi ještě týden před termínem volali o změně termínu. Neseriózní jednání. Unfortunately, you can't even remove the last star. Ani tu jednu hvězdičku bych nedala, ale jinak to tu bohužel nejde.. The surgery is closed for an unknown reason, and due to the lack of dentists, only the dental emergency room probably remained in acute cases. I would not give a single star, but otherwise it is unfortunately not possible ..

To je tak nekorektní jednání až to snad není možný. I do not understand how it is possible that I ordered 2 months back and now I will not call a single number and the surgery, specifically in Havířov, was canceled without letting anyone know at all. This is such an incorrect act that it is perhaps not possible.

Takže velmi pěkné od Zuběnky že ani neinformovala o zrušení. Today I called the insurance company if they knew anything about Zuběnka and I was told that Zuběnka was canceled that I should find a new dentist. So very nice of Zuběnka that she didn't even inform about the cancellation.
