Ceny průměrné, platí se už dnes všude. Všichni příjemní a paní doktorka u které jsem byla s dětmi úžasná, skvělý přístup, s dětmi to opravdu umí

Šílené jednání. Recepční tvrdí, že přijímají pacienty. Mam se přijet registrovat kdykoli po 13:00 hod. Osobně. Online nelze. Jsem neslyšící. Musela jsem sehnat tlumočníka. Jeli jsme přes 60 km, abych zjistila, že paní recepční se hodinu před koncem pracovní doby uz pracovat nechce. Mam se zaregistrovat online . Kdyz jsem rekla, ze jsme byly domluvené že sem jedu přes 60 km. Jen krcila rameny a rekla, ze proste mam smůlu. Chápu, že zubaři si toto jednání mohou dovolit, že pacientů je nadbytek. Ale vizitku teda klinice toto jednání dobrou nedělá. Rovnou se registrujte asi jinam, nebo paní recepční dejte tak 5 tis úplatek. Pak Vas možná vezme
Crazy behavior. The receptionist claims to accept patients. I should come to register at any time after 13:00 in person. You cannot go online. I'm deaf. I had to get an interpreter. When I said we agreed that I was going over 60 km here. She just shrugged and said I was unlucky. I understand that dentists can afford to have a surplus of patients. Bezbolestné ošetření,moc milá paní doktorka. Je to poprvé,co se k zubaři těším a nebojím se bolesti při ošetření. Také se mi stalo,že jsem se musela několikrát přeobjednat kvůli práci a i s tím nebyl sebemenší problém a vyšli mi vstříc. Takže já určitě doporučuji.
Painless treatment, very nice doctor. This is the first time I look forward to seeing a dentist and not afraid of the pain of treatment. It also happened to me that I had to re-order several times for work, and even that was not the slightest problem and they came to my aid. So I definitely recommend.

Dobrý den, se službami kliniky jsme byli spokojeni, ale co bych doporučil je řešit s dodavatelem aplikace iklient její nefunkčnost. Nelze změnit heslo (zapomenuté heslo) a přihlášení na PC nefunguje, ale na mobil ano. Když takovou aplikaci máte a doporučujete svým pacientům, aby ji používali, namísto osobní či telefonické komunikace, měla by být 100% funkční.
Hello, we were satisfied with the services of the clinic, but what I would recommend is to deal with the supplier of the application and its malfunction. It is not possible to change the password (forgotten password) and logging in to the PC does not work, but to the mobile phone it does. When you have such an application and you recommend your patients to use it, instead of personal or telephone communication, it should be 100% functional.

Právě odjíždíme z této slavné kliniky, vytočení do běla! 2 dospělí, 2 malé děti. Objednáno přes jejich stránky na 24.2, což je dnes! Emaily s potvrzením máme v mobilu. Cesta dvě hodiny autem tam, nafta, dovolená v práci, zmeškaná škola, parkovné u kliniky za 200,-. Přijdeme dovnitř a recepční nám sdělí, že doktorka tam dnes není a byli jsme přeobjednáni na 2.3.! Jako cože? Nikdo nám nevolal, ani mě, ani manželovi, a rozhodně ani nepsal sms. Nakonec paní tvrdila, že jsme si to tak objednali sami, aha, a proto máme v mobilech 4x potvrzení na 24.2.. Takže my teď pojedeme zase 2 hodiny zpátky, zbytečně! Absolutní neschopnost a lajdáctví!!! A to nemluvím o tom, že se jim nedá dovolat ani dopsat! Vážení, březnové termíny si strčte za klobouk, sem už NIKDY!
We are just leaving this famous clinic, dialing white! 2 adults, 2 small children. Ordered through their site at 24.2, which is today! We have confirmation emails on our mobile phones. Two hours drive there, diesel, vacation at work, missed school, parking at the clinic for 200, -. We come inside and the receptionist tells us that the doctor is not there today and we were re-ordered on March 2! Like what? No one called us, neither me nor my husband, and he certainly didn't write an SMS. In the end, the lady claimed that we ordered it ourselves, aha, and that's why we have 4 confirmations on our mobile phones on 24 February. So now we're going back 2 hours, unnecessarily! Absolute incompetence and carelessness !!! And I'm not talking about the fact that they can't call or write! Dear, put the March dates behind your hat, NEVER here!

NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Na dnešní den jsme byli objednaní celá rodina (2 dospělí, dvě děti). Do Litoměřic to máme dvě hodiny autem a samozřejmě dvě zpět. Bohužel vzhledem situaci jaká v ČR se zubaři je se pro nás vlastně jednalo o jednu z nejbližších zubních poliklinik. Po tom co jsme dorazili na recepci nám bylo oznámeno, že mudr. není přítomna a naš termín byl proto zrušen a změněn na následující týden. Bohužel nám o tom nedal nikdo vědět. Takže náklady na pohonné hmoty za 4 hodiny jízdy, 200Kč parkovné, zbytečně vybraný den dovolené a zameškaná škola vše naprosto k ničemu. Paní na recepci se nebyla schopná za vzniklou situaci ani omluvit. Polikliniku samozřejmě ani nelze nijak kontaktovat. Telefony nezvládají, email nemají, na SMS nereagují. Důležité je,že na svých stránkách upozornují, že v případě nedostavení se v termínu objednání se účtuje pokuta 500Kč. Vážená Zubní kliniko, kdo uhradí naše výdaje za vaší neschopnost?!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! For today we ordered the whole family (2 adults, two children). We have two hours by car to Litoměřice and of course two back. Unfortunately, due to the situation in the Czech Republic with dentists, this was actually one of the nearest dental clinics for us. After we arrived at the reception, we were informed that the sage was not present and our date was therefore canceled and changed to the following week. Unfortunately, no one let us know. So the cost of fuel for 4 hours of driving, 200 CZK parking fee, unnecessarily chosen day of vacation and missed school all absolutely useless. The lady at the reception was not even able to apologize for the situation. Of course, there is no way to contact the clinic. They can't handle phones, they don't have email, they don't respond to SMS. It is important that they point out on their website that a fine of CZK 500 will be charged if they do not arrive on the order deadline. Dear Dental Clinic, who will pay our expenses for your incapacity ?!

I wished I could give these guys 0 stars I would. I was in abstract pain with a very serious abscess and needed urgent treatment, these people were so rude and refused me even a dentist consultation, nothing. I was told to go to Emergency Prague which is 60km away. I pleaded for even an appointment later and I was arrogantly refused. This is not a place I recommend to anybody. I went to a fantastic dentist in a neighboring town who did the emergency treatment and as it happened saved my tooth with a triple root canal and three months later, after I had healed a new crown. I will never forgive these people for unethically leaving me in agony to find another dentist, they are the pits. UPDATE: Thank you for your reply (finally). You still didn't answer for the public the fact that you were rude and unprofessional. I was in abject pain and you turned me away without a doctor even participating. It is policy of yours to turn away anybody that is not on your books. It is discriminatory and against medical practice in general. I was referred to you by a family member who is a Doctor, just for your information. Again, rude arrogant behaviour by a medical practice, not a good look.
