★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozné zmatky v objednávkách, často přijedete a na dveřích cedule, že se ten den neordinuje i když jste na ten den objednaní (žádná SMS či telefon s vysvětlením, omluvou). Nebo přijdete na den a hodinu na kdy Vám řekli a oni Vám (když se po půl hodině čekání zeptáte) řeknou, že vás mají napsané na jiný den i čas. Systém braní pacientů do ordinace pochybný. Nejprve šli dospělí co přišli jako poslední a děti na bolest čekali v ordinaci. Vypadá to, že díky nedostatku zubařů si někteří myslí, že s pacienty mohou zacházet jak chtějí. Hrůza, hrůza, hrůza.

Jste objednaná(ný) na určitý čas, ale na ten určitý čas je objednaný třeba min. 5 lidí, takže čekate i dve hodiny.
Nebo také, to se stalo mě. přišla jsem na pul 8..., celou dobu mi mohla řict něco, sestřička to vedela, ale ne..., čekala jsem prosím do pul 10, na dodělaní zubu. zavolala mě, sedla jsem si a řekla mi, že nemá čas..., řekla, že se mi třeba ozve, už je to víc jak měsíc, a nic... a to jsem tam chodila už 28 let, a ono tohle. Pryč od ní.
Byla jsem neštastná, tak sem zavolala hned prvního zubaře co jsem si našla v LBC, aniž bych tam byla registrovaná, vzali mě za 3 dny a už tam taky u nich zustanu.
