V	Vaclav Horak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto ordinaci doporučuji obejít obloukem!!!! To, že mi udělali bez varování bílou plombu, za kterou si posléze naúčtovali 1400 korun, to jsem ještě přešel. Za bílé plomby se platí všude. Jen mi vadilo, že mi to neřekli předem. Ale to, že tu plombu udělali špatně a že mi ošetřený zub odumřel, to už se za hlavu hodit nedá! Takže opravdu ZDE NE! I recommend to circumvent this surgery !!! The fact that they made me a white seal without warning, for which they later charged 1400 crowns, I passed. White seals are paid everywhere. I just minded that they didn't tell me beforehand. But the fact that the seal was done wrong and that the treated tooth died, it is no longer useful to head! So really NOT HERE!

Nové místo ordinace je OK, společně s dentální hygienou. Ceny za ošetření jsou přijatelné. Satisfaction with Dr. Fencl, he put my teeth in order, even if they couldn't save everyone, we go to the whole family. The new office is OK, together with dental hygiene. Prices for treatment are acceptable.

Nejsou to zrovna stokorunové položky a v dnešní době už není zvykem nosit u sebe vyšší obnos. Před každou návštěvou musím vždy logisticky uvažovat, kde je bankomat a kolik mě to bude asi stát? Ráda bych tímto lékaře zdvořile požádala o zvážení zavedení platebního terminálu. Jsem si jistá, že by to uvítala většina vašich pacientů. For the time being, I am very satisfied with the work of doctors. However, I deduct stars for the inability to pay by card. They are not exactly hundred-crown items and nowadays it is no longer customary to carry a higher amount with you. Before each visit, I always have to think logistically about where the ATM is and how much it will cost me? I would like to politely ask this doctor to consider setting up a payment terminal. I'm sure most of your patients would welcome it.

Although not a lot of people may relate to this, but I had a very bad experience with this place. I walked in the morning and asked for an English speaking person and the sestricka took me to see a doctor. He told me that they are at full capacity and do not take new patients. When I talked to my landlord and she called them the sestricka told her she thought I was a "Roma" a PC word for gipsy in Czech republic. I am an expat from Central Asia working in IT industry in Ostrava. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. And would complain to the authorities if I had any proof of them mistreating me on a racial basis.
