★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne dne 6.12.2021 jsem si od firmy Rajenpets objednala škrabadlo pro kočky, které měli na jedné z výstav v Ostravě. Po zaplacení zálohy 2000 Kč (6.12) začala běžet lhůta pro doručení dle jejich informací 4 - 6 týdnů. 24.ledna jsem se začala o škrabadlo upomínat, s tím, že chci odstoupit od smlouvy, po neustálém kontaktování bylo přivezeno 28.1.2022. Nedostala jsem při převzetí ani plánek ani fakturu, paní při následném upomínání byla arogantní, drzá, mám SMS zprávy. Faktura byla doručena emailem 31.1.2022 Jelikož jsem tak dlouho na něj čekala, objednal bratr jinde jiné, které poskládal. Tudíž jsem chtěla využít možnost odstoupení od smlouvy do 14 dnů. Zboží jsem 1.2.2022 přivezla do jejich provozovny v Bohumíně, paní Radová se se mnou vůbec nechtěla bavit, byla opět arogantní, byla ve vedlejší místnosti a pokřikovala na mě, že nic se mnou řešit nebude. Když přišla, tak z ní vyšlo, že škrabadlo je na zakázku a že nic vracet nebude. Přinesla jsem vše v originál zabalení jak bylo předáno, poslala mě pryč, že nic řešit nebude

I did not receive a plan or invoice upon receipt, the lady was arrogant during the subsequent reminder, cheeky, I have SMS messages. The invoice was delivered by e-mail 31.1.2022 Because I had been waiting for him for so long, my brother ordered others elsewhere, which he composed. Therefore, I wanted to take advantage of the possibility of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days. I brought the goods to their office in Bohumín on February 1, 2022, Mrs. Radová did not want to talk to me at all, she was arrogant again, she was in the next room and shouted at me that she would not deal with me. When she arrived, it turned out that the scraper was made to order and that nothing would be returned. I brought everything in the original packaging as it was handed over, sent me away that nothing would be done
