★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem mile překvapena osobním přístupem a rychlým jednáním. Bohužel ,nedopatřením mi poslali jiný telefon, ale domluvili jsme se na vyrovnání a ještě mi přišel dárek ,což mě velmi potěšilo. Děkuji :-)
 I was pleasantly surprised by the personal approach and quick action. Unfortunately, they inadvertently sent me another phone, but we agreed on a settlement and I still received a gift, which made me very happy. Thank you :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přes společnost 1-2U Mobil jsem zakoupil mobilní telefon. Po provedené platbě telefon v pořádku přišel. Po dvou měsících přestal fungovat, následnou reklamaci řeším již třetí měsíc bez výsledku. Tel. po zamítnuté reklamaci přišel zpět s rozbitým displejem, společnost 1-2U Mobil hází vinu na přepravce. Komunikace ze strany společnosti 1-2U Mobil naprosto tristní a bezvýsledná a to i vzhledem k faktu, že dle OZ za reklamaci zboží vždy odpovídá prodávající a rozhodně ne přepravní společnost. Nákup přes společnost 1-2U Mobil bohužel nemůžu doporučit.
I bought a mobile phone through 1-2U Mobil. After the payment was made, the phone arrived safely. After two months, it stopped working, and I have been dealing with the subsequent complaint for the third month in a row. Tel. after the rejected complaint came back with a broken display, the company 1-2U Mobil throws the blame on the carrier. Communication from the company 1-2U Mobil is absolutely sad and fruitless, also due to the fact that according to the Trademark, the seller is always responsible for complaints about the goods and definitely not the shipping company. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend purchasing through 1-2U Mobil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't buy anything in this store. The worst experience I've ever had with an online store. Quickly 2 days after the purchase, I returned the broken phone (cannot be recharged). They promised me to sort it out immediately and after 4 weeks! I was still without a phone and without money. They do not respect Czech law and customer’s rights. Futhermore there was terrible communication with them. They are completely untrustworthy. When you experience the same situation, contact the police and the ČOI (Czech Trade Inspection Authority). But you better avoid them.
