★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely love it! It is one of a few places+people in Prague that we gonna miss! Can only recommend it and especially for delivery. Going to zerowaste shop with small kids can be very challenging, but delivery from Nebaleno makes life easier! I hate online shopping cause it lacks human contact just screen and then robot-like delivery man.. With Nebaleno it is like to go to your local market or bakery: same courier, nice talks, building up relationship. Nothing was perfect because they are human and humain, but they are eager to get a feedback from their customers, always listen, always adapt. We've been their clients for 2,5 years and they only grow better! :)
