★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During our trip in Prague, we really enjoyed the old town tour with Ian as our tour guide. He was very enthusiastic about the city and its history. The extra information about the Jewish quarter was very interesting. This convinced us to visit the Jewish museum and synagogues. We appreciated his list of restaurant recommendations.
Due to our nice experience with both the tour guide and the company, we decided to take the walking tour to Prague castle the next day. Sarah shared nice facts about the castle and the city and was funny. We’d recommend booking your free walking tour with 12Tours!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed the tour with Aris who walked us around the old town center and Jewish quarter. 2,5 hours and even though we really picked the hottest of all days, Aris made sure we always stand in the shadow while listening to his very entertaining Prague facts. I highly recommend doing a tour like this, because you just get so much more input instead of walking around alone.
We were so happy with it, that we will join another tour of the Prague castle right on the next day. Keep going guys! You are doing great!

He was great and very knowledgeable sharing all the interesting facts with a great sense of humor, making our tour a lot of fun. In fact, so much fun we decided to join him the same afternoon for the Castle tour as well and again he ensured for a fun and interesting walking tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My group and I have been on several walking tours (it’s usually the first activity we do in a city) and this one was one of my favorites. Our tour guide, Aris, was extremely responsive to questions, patient, and has a deep love for Prague. You can tell he is very well educated about the city as he gave us a full run down of the Old and New town. Because he is a local, it was a great way to get recommendations for the best activities, food, and shops to visit during our stay. The company also provides an extensive tour of the castle which we plan on booking during our trip. Highly recommend doing this tour as it is a great way to get a general layout and history of the city!
Tip: Although it is free to take the tour, be prepared to tip the tour guide as they are paid by tips :)
