Donátorem byl hrabě Karel Jáchym z Bredy. Byla obnovená v roce 2000 a je završením pozdně barokní poutní cesty v délce 14 kilometrů od hradčanské lorety k františkánskému klášteru Hájek. Původně ji tvořilo 20 výklenkových kaplí, z nichž se dodnes dochovalo dvanáct.
The last repaired chapel in the closest neighbourhood of the Franciscan monastery in Hájek, on the border of Chýně and Červený Újezd. Originally a picture of the Coronation of the Virgin Mary and St. Francis was figured in the niche. The donator was Count Karel Jáchym of Breda. The chapel was restored in 2000 and is the culmination of a late Baroque pilgrimage route 14 kilometers from Hradčany´s Loreta to the Franciscan monastery Hájek. Originally the whole route consisted of 20 niche chapels, of which twelve have been preserved or repaired.
