★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V. kaple je umístěna ve dnes už hůře přístupném místě, u frekventované silnice z Vypichu k nemocnici Motol. Pokud půjdete směrem od Ladronky, využijte radši nedaleký podchod. Zatáčka v místech V. kaple je ostrá, navíc v jednom směru zarostlá stromy a křovím. Kaple byla rekonstruována městskou částí Praha 6 v letech 2000–2001. Donátorem byl hrabě Jan Arnošt Antonín Schaffgotsch, královský místodržitel, a jeho manželka.

The bend in the places of the 5th chapel is sharp, moreover in one direction overgrown with trees and bushes. The chapel was reconstructed by the city district of Prague 6 in the years 2000–2001. The donor was Count Jan Arnošt Antonín Schaffgotsch, the royal governor, and his wife.
