★ ★ ★ ★ ★ location is good. the furniture "sofa" is trash and must be trashed. most door locks are broken, sinks are clogged and so on. it is not too bad but could be better with some tlc

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent serviced apartments in Karlín. My apartment had all mod cons - I asked in advance for a washing machine and a microwave. I got both! Reception were great. They took a Tesco's delivery for me. They also repeatedly issued me with new key cards when Iocked myself out! It's in a great location as well - a stone's throw from the metro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean & calm, 2min away from krijikova station. Albert supermarket downstairs is very convenient (open everyday until 9pm). However if you lose the apt key (which is a card) you must pay 100 kr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location in Prague if you have a car, and it’s nice to have access to the gym and pool (for an additional fee) in the same building. However staff only speak a little English and can be exceedingly rude at times.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked through Qantas. Arrived to find no reception. Security guard gave us keys to room which did not work. Finally able to get only 1 key no access to pool or gym as not part of apartments but another business in the building. Closed for 25 & 26 Dec - the 2 days we were staying. No information in room. Bitterly disappointed and frustrated. There should have been communication regarding closure of services and where to get key etc rather than just be left to find things ourselves

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ apartment was fine in size. However, if you are looking for a relaxing place stay well clear! there is a gym located in the same complex and there was banging loud techo music being played as early as 7am and sometimes up until 10pm at night. We complained on several occasions but nothing seemed to come of it. No change of room etc.
The gym staff were rude and told us that this is how it is with classes etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice and convenient location but the noise of the gym was unbearable. Loud thumping techno music and a shouting instructor from 7am through to 10pm. Had to ask a few times at reception if there is anything we could do about the noise. They turned it off for ten minutes but basically said we had to grin and bear it. Don't come here if you'd like a quiet stay.
