Staff are extremely helpful and all of this at a reasonable price. Parking available on site for 15€ a day.. amd its a brisk 20 minute walk to the city centre!!

Not from outside noises but if you are below anyone, the hardwood floors cause the sounds to pound through the floor. 3 week stay and barely able to have a full night’s rest with noise from place above. Also the bed is like a bit like a trampoline so your partner will feel every move. Don’t want to write just negatives because the place was nice. Spacious place, room and ac works fine. Shower, bathroom too (shower head could be installed higher). WiFi in our room was not very solid. I had to use my SIM card WiFi mostly to get a steady connection, fast. Was infuriating slow or stalled at times. Could be just our unit. Location is good and price appealing. But good luck if you are a light sleeper. My wife is a better sleeper and couldn’t sleep through the constant wake up noises from above. Walking around above is heard, if a heavier person then definitely will be louder above you. Appears a kid last week above us and running around. Sometimes late into night and usually early morning. Constantly hearing the footsteps above and waking us up. Final week here and waiting to change rooms. Maybe will test another one but I really think the Key is to not get a room below someone. If you are a deep sleeper than you won’t probably have any issue. Sorry unable to got 5/5. The place really is nice, just not able to sleep well. Maybe some carpets in the bedroom would go a long way to the noise being transferred through the wooden floors.
j	johnstockman2004 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in the duplex apartment. It is spaceous and well equipped. Three large skylights which are remote controlled. Very nice bathroom with deep bath and high end fittings and fixtures. Fully equipped open plan kitchen diner area (microwave, filter coffee, toaster, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher) there also ironing board, washing machine and a second bathroom. The sofa can turn into a bed. Has a nice balcony with outside seating. Breakfast was delivered (pastry, yoghurt, porridge, fruit, juice) daily which was a nice touch. The apartment is on two floors and is a really good size. The extras that can be purchased were great value especially the Czech beer package (500 ml bottles). Wonderful, would 100% stay again. The B line metro is about 2 minutes walk and it takes about three tops to be in the old town(mustek) and there's a nice Italian take away next door too. TV has Netflix but we took our own android box. The only downside was the 5.1 surround sound wasn't set up / plugged in to the dvd player so wouldn't work, but the TV sound was fine.

We also appreciated the air conditioning and the nice balcony. During our stay our flat door has been changed without us being informed about this in advance. Also we didn´t get any information about the new card and 3 different phone numbers were not working. Finally we found one number at the front door of the house and we could get the necessary information. The majority of the communication was via cell phone, the reception was almost always empty, but the staff was friendly.
