M	Miloš Podpěra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servis JBL se tvari, ze neexistuje. Utajená otevírací doba, nikdo nebere telefon. Repro JBL jsou super, ale kvůli tragickemu zástupci v CR asi nelze doporucit. JBL service appears to not exist. Secret opening hours, no one answers the phone. JBL speakers are great, but due to the tragic representative in CR, it is probably not recommended.

Stále dostávám odpovědi, že upřednostňují záruční opravy a na mě nemají čas. Tohle jsem ještě nezažil. Tuto společnost naprosto NEDOPORUČUJI. Unreal. In 2.5 months the company was unable to repair the home theater Harman / Kardon BDS 580/880. I still get answers that they prefer warranty repairs and don't have time for me. I've never seen this before. I absolutely NOT recommend this company.
M	Micro Focus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vidím, že nejsem první, který má negativní zkušenost se servisem. Bohužel jediný a autorizovaný servis Harman Kardon. Při první diagnostice závady se závada neprojevila. Bohužel závada zcela evidentní, když nehraje levé repro. Naprostá neschopnost techniků, mně trvalo zjištění závady asi 15 minut. Druhá iterace reklamace dopadla výměnou základní desky, ale servis i přes písemné potvrzení změny dodací adresy mi doručil výrobek do práce, kde je aktuálně karanténa kvůli korona viru, takže mám smůlu. Harman Kardon výborná značka, ale firma DSI ji tady u nás zabije. Pokud můžete, vyhněte se jim obloukem. I see that I am not the first to have a negative service experience. Unfortunately, the only and authorized Harman Kardon service. At the first diagnosis of the fault, the fault did not appear. Unfortunately, the defect is quite evident when the left speaker does not play. Absolute inability of technicians, it took me about 15 minutes to find out about the defect. The second iteration of the complaint was the replacement of the motherboard, but the service, despite a written confirmation of the change of delivery address, delivered the product to my work, where there is currently quarantine due to the corona of the virus, so I'm unlucky. Harman Kardon is an excellent brand, but DSI will kill it here. If you can, avoid them by arching.
