U druhé jsme se domluvili na telefonátu v konkrétní den a hodinu. Ovšem když jsme zavolali, hovor prostě típli. Na dotaz, kdy se můžeme znovu spojit, nikdy neodpověděli. Totální arogance a nezájem o zákazníka. Absolutely horrible behavior. We entered 2 inquiries from them. Despite the promise, they never spoke at first. For the second one, we agreed on a phone call on a specific day and time. But when we called, the call was just awkward. They never answered when asked when we could reconnect. Total arrogance and lack of interest in the customer.

Vyšší náklady a horší výsledky než jsme měli před touto spoluprací.Kreativita je nulová místo toho se snaží řešit jen čísla ve statistikách a podle mě je základ mít kvalitní reklamu.Neustále zásahy do reklamy kdy i fb mi sám psal,že časté zásahy snižují její dosah by měli nejspíše vědět jak s tou reklamou pracovat.Nemohu se zbavit dojmu,že jejich dovednosti jsou pouze teoretické ale né praktické protože na výsledcích to vidět nebylo.Možná jsme měli jen vysoké očekávání a podle mého by to měla být právě Marketingová firma,která mě udělá komplexní analýzu a řekne mi co a jak máme dělat aby se zvýšili prodeje.To jsme však neměli. Unfortunately, I have to give a negative review of this company. We worked with them a few months and the result? Higher costs and worse results than we had before this cooperation. Creativity is zero instead, it tries to solve only the numbers in the statistics and in my opinion it is the basis to have quality advertising. Constant interventions in advertising I should probably get rid of the impression that their skills are only theoretical but not practical because it was not visible in the results. Maybe we only had high expectations and in my opinion it should be just the Marketing Company that will do a comprehensive analysis and tell me what and how to do to increase sales. But we didn't.
