★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ERV мошенники. Оформляли полис в киевском ERV. Потребовалась медицинская помощь грудничку. Нас послали в госпиталь, доктор провела первичный осмотр и назначила 3 анализа. Чтобы сделать эти анализы, персонал госпиталя хотел связаться со страховой. Трубку телефона никто не берет. На письма мои и госпиталя не отвечают. Так на пришлось покинуть госпиталь без диагноза врача. А на следующий день пришло письмо от ассистанса, что второе обращение они оплачивать не будут. Не рекомендую эту страховую!!!!

So I had to leave the hospital without a doctor’s diagnosis. And the next day, a letter came from the assistant that they would not pay for the second appeal. I do not recommend this insurance !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Когда возникла необходимость в услугах врача, оказалось, что страховка от ERV не покрывает этот вид медицинской помощи. Почитайте сначала приложение к страховке, и ДВАЖДЫ подумайте нужна ли вам ТАКАЯ страховка. Я не прочитал и в итоге в нужный момент остался без медицинской помощи.
When the need arose for a doctor, it turned out that ERV insurance did not cover this type of medical care. Read the insurance application first, and TWICE think whether you need SUCH insurance. I did not read, and as a result, at the right time I was left without medical assistance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vorsicht vor dieser Versicherung, im Schadensfall kann man da plötzlich ohne jegliche Hilfe im Ausland auf sich allein gestellt sein. Notwendige Leisungen werden einem ohne, dass diese begründet werden versagt, so dass man ganz schnell auf Kosten, von mehren Tausend Euro, die durch ärztliche Anordnungen entstehen sitzen bleibt bzw. diese auch im Ausland sofort selbst aufbringen muss.
Beware of this insurance, in the event of damage you can suddenly be on your own abroad without any help. Necessary services are refused without having to be justified, so that you quickly get stuck at the expense of several thousand euros, which arise from medical orders, or have to pay them abroad yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Заказывал страхование в ERV, Киев. На Филиппинах понадобилась помощь врача. Написал в компанию-ассистанс Euro-center Prague, случай был не очень тяжелый. Сразу куча отмазок - "в вашем регионе нет учреждения, найдите сами госпиталь и заплатите сами, а мы потом решим", "может это у вас обострение хронической болезни, тогда это не страховой случай", "алергию и кожные заболевания тоже не покрывает" и т.д. В итоге - почитал в интернете симптомы, пошел в аптеку, купил лекарство за 2 доллара, помогло. А вот Euro-center Prague никак не помог.

Immediately a bunch of excuses - "in your region there is no institution, find the hospital yourself and pay for it yourself, and then we will decide," "maybe this is an exacerbation of a chronic disease, then this is not an insurance case," "it doesn’t cover allergies and skin diseases either," and etc. As a result, I read the symptoms on the Internet, went to the pharmacy, bought the medicine for $ 2, it helped. But Euro-center Prague did not help.

They are servicing world wide different insurance companies and brokers. Travel and Health policies.
Often people if they buy a policy by an insurance that hires Euro-Center to be the assistance company, has strict guidelines and rules regarding the claim approval procedure.
This causes often - as different reviews to seem here also - a bad opinion about Euro-Center.
While, this company and its dedicated team is only working with the guidelines of the insurance companies who they are servicing... So, think twice and 'Do not shoot the messenger'
