★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po úrazu manžela v Itálii pojišťovna okamžitě vstřícně reagovala a zajímala se o jeho stav; bez žádosti nabídla sama přepravu sanitkou zpět do České republiky. To vše korunováno příjemným vystupování slečny či paní Kateřiny za ERV. Děkujeme.
After the husband's injury in Italy, the insurance company immediately responded favorably and took an interest in his condition; without request, she herself offered ambulance transport back to the Czech Republic. All this is crowned by the pleasant performance of Miss or Mrs. Kateřina for the ERC. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zkušenost velmi dobrá. Jednou závažné zdravotní problémy v Turecku - vše hradili přímo nemocnici, bez jakýchkoli problémů. Nyní nákup léků v Egyptě bez konzultace s asistenční službou. Vše obratem vyřízeno, uhrazeno. Super služby i přístup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, s vyřízením naší pojistné události jsme byli velmi spokojeni. Manžel měl v Řecku těžký úraz. Na místě jsme využili služeb smluvního lékaře, pomoc byla velmi rychlá. Na cestu z hotelu na letiště jsme byli nuceni použít taxislužbu. Po návratu domů jsme požádali pojišťovnu o úhradu nákladů s touto službou spojených. Hned druhý den jsme obdrželi odpověď, že naše žádost je vyřízená k naší spokojenosti. Děkujeme.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dear future customers of ERV insurance comapny,
I would fully recommend you never close the deal with this insurance company. They are not able to fullfill their commitments. At the beginning they promise you everything (I had list of specification ehich I require to insure) and when you have a problem they apologise you, that insurance assistant provided wrong insurance and they cannot help me. And they are very expensive.
I was really kind but the lady on the phone was totally unpleasant from the beginning. I would never use this company once again. I prefer AXA or other companies.
