They ruined my shirt and broke the zipper on the expensive jacket. The riders put my jacket in my pocket and put the jacket in a plastic bag so I wouldn't notice the damage.
K	Kateřina Leponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Přítel si nechal vyčistit péřovou bundu. Bunda po sundání obalu není vyčištěná. Tuto čistírnu NEDOPORUČUJEME. Objednávku prijimala zřejmě ukrajinka, jediné co s bundou udělali bylo, že ji dali na ramínko a dali do pytle za který přítel samozřejmně zaplatil. Nestydí se říct o peníze. Tomu se říká služba zákazníkům. STRAŠNÉ!!!! A friend had his down jacket cleaned. The jacket is not cleaned after removing the packaging. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TREATMENT. The order was apparently received by the Ukrainian, the only thing they did with the jacket was to put it on a hanger and put it in the bag for which a friend of course paid. He is not ashamed to say about money. This is called customer service. HORRIBLY!!!!
T	Tereza Herbrich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Dala jsem si vyčistit sněhově bílé sako, staré jeden měsíc. Sako zničili - je zcela zašedlé. Snažili se ho vyčistit ještě jednou, ale barva je stále zašedlá. Reklamaci mi neuznali a tvrdí, že oni za nic nemohou. Jejich chování - jak paní v čistírně, tak paní z reklamačního oddělení pro mne neakceptovatelné. I do not recommend. I had a one-month-old snow-white jacket cleaned. The jacket was destroyed - it's completely grayed out. They tried to clean it once more, but the color is still gray. They did not accept my complaint and claim that they are not to blame. Their behavior - both the lady in the treatment plant and the lady from the complaints department is unacceptable to me.

Jinak krásné drahé sako vrátili s poškozenou látkou od nevhodného žehlení, sako je oleskané, jemná černá látka všude prožehlená, na první pohled zničené. Paní se divila, proč mi to vadí, když ona přece sako musí vyžehlit (!!). The stain on the jacket that I had cleaned was not cleaned, it wouldn't matter, I would have dealt differently. Otherwise, the beautiful expensive jacket was returned with damaged fabric from inappropriate ironing, the jacket is shiny, the fine black fabric is ironed everywhere, destroyed at first sight. The lady wondered why it bothered me when she had to iron her jacket (!!).
