★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oblek mi vyčistili a zničili (utržená poutka u vnitřních kapes, stržené loga výrobce - po kterých zůstaly fleky...).
Je vhodné jim svěřit povlečení a ručníky - nic co se může nenávratně zničit.
 My suit was cleaned and destroyed (torn straps at the inner pockets, torn-down logos of the manufacturer - after which stains remained ...).
It is advisable to entrust them with bed linen and towels - nothing that can be irretrievably destroyed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Danou věc při čištění zničili. Při reklamaci věc zašili a to, že už je nepoužitelná vůbec neřešili. Takže jsme ji nakonec vyhodili a ještě jsme za to zaplatili. To mi přijde jako skvělý zákaznický servis. Přikládám foto, ale pouze ohledně převzetí do reklamace (nešlo mi odepsat na Váš komentář, pro případné řešení můžete volat na číslo uvedené ve formuláři).
They destroyed the thing while cleaning it. They made a sewing thing during the complaint and did not solve the fact that it was no longer usable at all. So we finally fired her and we paid for it. This strikes me as great customer service. I enclose a photo, but only regarding the acceptance into the complaint (I could not write to your comment, for a possible solution you can call the number given in the form).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Quickwash and was very pleased. It is in the basement of a large mall near a grocery store. You will need your own detergent and bills of 500 czk or smaller. The attendant did not speak English, but there are English instructions on the wall and she was friendly and helpful anyway. One note: some of the dryers (metal doors) did not seem to work very well (dried clothes for over 40 minutes and they were not any drier), would recommend using the larger dryers with glass/see-through doors as that one worked fine. They offered to refund my money though, which was nice. Overall a convenient location - I got 2 other errands done while I waited.
