★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tato úžasná prádelna používá 40 let staré stroje, nechávali jsme si čistit ochranný povlak s toperem z matrace za 40 tisíc, paní s tím neměla problém. Po převzetí jsme zjistili, že celý povlak i toper je totálně roztrhaný a nepoužitelný (evidentně narváno a vyždímáno v pračce), věděli o tom a stejně nám to předali zabalené v pytli ! matrace za 40 tisíc je tedy k vyhození, NEJSOU POJIŠTĚNÍ A NECHTĚJÍ NIC HRADIT. Všechny tedy upozorňuji, v případě reklamace nedostanete žádné peníze! Neochota, a ulhanost, pan majitel nás osočuje, že jsme si to prý roztrhali sami! Nedostali jsme ani účtenku, ani je nevydávají, prakticky nic. Budeme řešit právně. Profesionalita je na nulové úrovni.
This amazing laundry uses 40-year-old machines, we had a protective cover with a topper from the mattress cleaned for 40,000, the lady had no problem with that. After taking over, we found out that the entire coating and topper were totally torn and unusable (obviously packed and squeezed in the washing machine), they knew about it and still handed it to us wrapped in a bag! the mattress for 40 thousand is therefore available for disposal, they are NOT INSURED AND DO NOT WANT TO PAY ANYTHING. So I warn everyone, in case of a complaint you will not receive any money! Reluctance, and laziness, the owner accuses us that we tore it ourselves! We didn't get a receipt or issue it, practically nothing. We will deal with it legally. Professionalism is at zero.
