Sympatická paní mě uklidnila, že to nebude problém, slíbila mi, že to vyčistí ona sama hned druhý den a vzala si na mě kontakt. Druhý den dopoledne mi volala s tím, že svetr je hotový a v naprostém pořádku. Opravdu skvělý servis, obsluha se vyzná a ochotně poradí, cena velice slušná. I can only recommend this treatment plant. I needed to clean up a little delicate cashmere sweater that has suede on the sleeves and collar. The nice lady reassured me that it wouldn't be a problem, she promised me she would clean it herself the next day and took contact with me. The next morning she called me saying the sweater was finished and in perfect order. Really great service, the staff knows and willing to advise, the price very decent.

Dokonce pan majitel mi osobně volal a upozornil mne na možnou slevu. Zde se o Vás dobře postarají :-) Excellent service and helpful staff, who behaves really friendly and not business, which I appreciate. The quality of services is also great. Even the owner called me personally and warned me of a possible discount. Here they will take good care of you :-)

Přivítala mne ochotná a usměvavá obsluha.Na pánském obleku měl manžel skvrny, které jsem nebyla schopna identifikovat, ale obsluha mne ujistila, že budou dělat maximum pro jejich odstranění. Při vyzvednutí oděvu byl oblek v perfektním stavu, skvěle vyčištěný a vyžehlený. Opět se chystám do Vaší čistírny, tentokrát s daleko větší várkou oděvů, protože mám k Vám naprostou důvěru, že své oblečení svěřuji do rukou profesionálů. Díky a už se těším na vaši sympatickou paní, co mne na čistírně obsluhovala. I visited this plant on recommendation and I do not regret that I weighed the way to this establishment. I was greeted by a willing and smiling attendant. On my gentleman's suit, my husband had spots that I was unable to identify, but the attendant assured me that they would do their utmost to remove them. When picking up the garment, the suit was in perfect condition, perfectly cleaned and ironed. Again, I am going to your cleaning plant, this time with a much larger load of clothes, because I have complete confidence that I entrust my clothes to the hands of professionals. Thanks and I'm looking forward to your nice lady who served me at the dry cleaning.
