M	Martin Kořínek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, obdržel jsem dneska neprávem zákaz hraní Ban na PlayStationu 4 a můj účet byl pozastaven. Porušení komunity pravidel jsem údajně Způsobil 6. 12. 2016! Jsem pevně přesvědčen o tom, že v této době jsem nic nemohl porušit, z důvodu, že jsem konzoly v tomto období nepoužíval. Pravidla a podmínky chování jsem neporušil a tento Ban musí být velký omyl ze strany PlayStationa. Rád bych, aby se tato chyba řádně prověřila a byla mi poskytnuta veškerá pomoc. Dále trvám na zaslání kontaktů osob, která toto vyřizují abych si vše objasnil a tento problém urychleně vyřešil. I have allegedly violated the rules community on 6 December 2016! I am firmly convinced that I could not break anything at this time, because I did not use the consoles at this time. I have not violated the Code of Conduct and this Ban must be a big mistake by PlayStation. I would like this error to be properly investigated and to be given all the assistance. I am a loyal fan of Sony. I buy most of Sony stuff and I'm happy. I believe in Japanese quality. I just want Sony to make better phones.
D	D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Schrecklicher Kundenservice, so etwas habe ich von einem japanischen Unternehmen nicht erwartet. Es werden willkürlich erworbene Lizenzen von tausenden Nutzern im Playstation-Shop entzogen, da sich Sony mit einem Verkaufspreis getäuscht hat. Auch wenn es sich nicht um eine große Geldsumme handelte, dieser Fall zeigt, was man von euch erwarten kann. Leider werde ich bei Fernseher, Kopfhörer, Spielekonsolen etc. auf andere Hersteller ausweichen müssen. Terrible customer service, I wasn't expecting anything like this from a Japanese company. Arbitrarily acquired licenses from thousands of users in the Playstation shop are withdrawn because Sony has made a mistake with a sales price. Even if it wasn't a large sum of money, this case shows what can be expected of you. Unfortunately, I will have to switch to other manufacturers for televisions, headphones, game consoles, etc.

Chtěl jsem jen vyrušit oznámení o chatu v aplikaci zprávy v nově zakoupeném telefonu a muž jež hovořil slovensky mi vůbec nerozuměl ( nebo dělal že nerozumí ) si "problém" nechal třikrát zopakovat a pak mne nechal čekat tak dlouho, až mne to přestalo bavit a několik mých dalších telefonátů měli na podpoře "plné ruce práce" a už se mi nikdo neozval. Na co je prosím taková podpora? Není snazší na SERVISNÍ PODPOŘE zaměstnat někoho, kdo když už nerozumí práci pro kterou byl přijat, aby aspoň mluvil česky? Totally inadequate customer support. I just wanted to cancel the notification of chat in the message application on a newly purchased phone and the man who spoke Slovak did not understand me at all (or did not understand) had the "problem" repeated three times and then let me wait until I got tired of it and several my other phone calls were "busy" in support, and I never heard back from me. What kind of support is there for? Is it easier to employ someone on SERVICE SUPPORT who, if he no longer understands the job for which he was hired, to at least speak Czech?
F	F. Weid. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Einfach nur enttäuschend. Habe ein Sony 1II und seit anfang an stürzen Apps immer wieder ab oder gehen gar nicht auf. Nach Kontakt per Chat mit Sony kamen immer Standard Aussagen "Es tut uns leid das zu hören". Hilft mir auch nicht weiter. Für diesen Preis eine Frechheit. Just disappointing. I have a Sony 1II and since the beginning apps keep crashing or not opening at all. After contacting Sony via chat, there were always standard statements "We're sorry to hear that". Doesn't help me either. For this price a cheek.
