★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem v samoobslužné prádelně byla poprvé a jsem naprosto nadšená. Přinesla jsem několik velkých dek a polštářů a využila jak pračku na 16 kg, tak 3 pračky na 11 kg prádla. Celkem jsou v prádelně právě tyto 4 pračky a vysušení je možné ve 3 sušičkách.
V ceně praní je prací prostředek, aviváž a dezinfekce, které jsou do praní dávkovány automaticky, ale lze zvolit i variantu bez aviváže.
Praní je jednoduché, návody na obsluhu spotřebičů jsou umístěny přehledně vedle spotřebičů na zdi a za využití pračky a sušičky platíte na centrální kase buď hotově nebo bezkontaktní platební kartou.
Využila jsem i telefonickou podporu, protože pračka špatně vyždímala jednu deku a technik mi na dálku spustil nové ždímání.
Součástí provozovny je i ozonizační kabinet i-Genius, který ozonem za 22 minut odstraní bakterie a viry z věcí, které nelze prát.
Určitě se sem zase vrátím, doporučuji!
I was in the laundry room yesterday for the first time and I am absolutely thrilled. I brought some big blankets and pillows and used both a 16 kg and 3 11 kg laundry machines. In total, these 4 washing machines are in the laundry room and drying is possible in 3 dryers.
The price of laundry is detergent, fabric softener and disinfectant, which are automatically added to the wash, but also the softener option.
Washing is simple, the instructions for operating the appliances are clearly arranged next to the appliances on the wall, and for the use of a washing machine and dryer you pay at the central cashier either in cash or by contactless payment card.
I also used telephone support because the washing machine wringed one blanket wrongly and the technician remotely started wringing me.
The facility also includes the i-Genius ozonization cabinet, which removes bacteria and viruses from non-washable ozone in 22 minutes.
I will definitely come back here again, I recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes první návštěva a rozhodně ne poslední ? Prádlo čisté, suché a voňavé. Cenově dostupné (cca 250 Kč za jedno praní a sušení s pracím prostředkem a aviváží v ceně). Lehce přes hodinku a je hotovo. Koš na prádlo. Pult, kde lze prádlo složit. Jednoduchá obsluha a při jakémkoliv problému možnost zavolat na podporu, kde vám pomůžou, poradí a případně i vzdáleně zapnou program na pračce.
Today the first visit and definitely not the last ? Linen clean, dry and fragrant. Affordable (approx. CZK 250 for one wash and drying with detergent and fabric softener included). Slightly over the hour and it's done. Laundry basket. Counter where laundry can be folded. Simple operation and in case of any problem, the possibility to call for support, where they will help you, advise you and possibly even remotely turn on the program on the washing machine.
