★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Výběr obroučků super, ovšem realita - objednání brýlí proběhlo v pořádku, po 18 dnech se diví, že urgujeme když měly být hotové do 14 dnů. Následně volají, že brýle jsou - přijedeme a brýle neměly zabroušené skla atd. Obsluha - arogantní , neumí se omluvit a málem ještě vynadá, co si představujeme - u brýlí za 18tis. si představujeme min. omluvu. Přístup personálu nehoráznost!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan prodavač je naprosto skvělý obchodník i technik. Jeho přístup je přesně tak akorát, nabídne, nevnucuje. Klient odchází s pocitem, že bylo o jeho potřeby postaráno. Já sama jsem odcházela s mou naplněnou představou, co víc si přát. Určitě se na něj zase obrátím.
