They are probably not interested in selling, I have never experienced such reluctant and unpleasant service and I originally wanted to buy three glasses. I will never come here again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kéž by šlo zadat nula hvězdiček. Ochota při prodeji ještě jakš takš. Ale paní mi i přes složenou zálohu ve výši deset tisíc Kč stále dluží obroučky se skly, nereaguje na telefon a dělá mrtvého brouka. Brýle měly být do týdne, max. dvou a po dvou měsících stále žádné informace. Tohle je nehorázné.
I wish you could enter zero stars. Willingness to sell even so. But the lady, despite a deposit of ten thousand CZK, still owes me frames with glass, does not answer the phone and makes a dead beetle. The glasses were supposed to be no information within a week, max. Two and after two months. This is outrageous.
