M	Miroslava Moravúsová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do čistírny jsem donesla plesové šaty, které byli znečistěné pouze tím že, jsem s nimi zametla parket. K základní ceně čistění šatů mi naúčtovali ještě speciální čistění z důvodu jemnosti látky šatů. Zaplatila jsem 560 Kč. Po vyzvednutí jsem si šaty zkontrolovala hned na místě. Víc než půlka znečistění na šatech zůstala, tak jsem čištění reklamovala. Po druhém čištění šaty zůstali již v stejným stavu stále ušpiněné. Požádala jsem tedy o vrácení financí (alespoň část), jelikož v "čistírně" moje šaty vlastně nevyčistili a já zaplatila vlastně za nic. Peníze ale odmítli vrátit. Tak to moc děkuji. Fakt otřesný přístup. Šaty jsem zavezla ke tchýni, která mi šaty vyčistila tak, že na nich nebol jediný flíček. Moje tchýne evidentně umí prát a čistit lépe než tato čistírna. Rozhodně nedoporučuji. More than half of the dirt remained on my clothes, so I complained about cleaning. After the second cleaning, the clothes remained dirty in the same condition. So I asked for a refund (at least part), because in the "dry cleaners" my clothes actually did not clean and I actually paid for nothing. But they refused to return the money. So thank you so much. Really appalling approach. I brought the dress to the mother-in-law, who cleaned my clothes so that there was no single spot. Obviously, my mother-in-law can wash and clean better than this dry cleaners. Definitely not recommended.

Přinesl jsem tam 3 obleky neměl jsem čas si při přebrání zkontrolovat, ani jeden oblek nebyl vyčištění, zaplatil jsem skoro 2000 Kč a až doma zjistil, ze to maximálně někdo postrikal vodou … nezávisle na to tam měla přítelkyně sako a šaty, výsledek stejný, domluva špatná.. nedoporučuji !! Absolute tragedy. I brought 3 suits there, I didn't have time to check them when taking over, not a single suit was cleaned, I paid almost CZK 2,000 and when I found out at home that someone had sprayed water with a maximum of it… regardless, my girlfriend had a jacket and dress there, the same result, agreement bad .. I do not recommend !!
J	Jan Zálešák on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vyčištění do 24 hodin a bez vad. Byl jsem v tísni a nebylo zbytí. Rozhodl jsem se riskovat vzhledem k negativním recenzím. Ale dopadlo to dobre. Snad i ostatni budete mit stejnou zkusenost! Cleaning within 24 hours and without defects. I was in distress and there was no leftover. I decided to take a risk due to negative reviews. But it turned out well. Maybe the others will have the same experience!
B	Barbora Jonášová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do čistírny jsem si dala kabát. Byly na něm žmolky z šály a malé skvrny z každodenního nošení. Bylo příjemné, že byl hotový do druhého dne. Jediné co s ním ale udělali bylo, že ho zapnuli a dali na ramínko do igelitu. Skvrny beze změny, žmolky všude, zůstaly na něm i mé vlasy. Byla jsem velice nespokojená. Paní byla nepříjemná a neochotná to nějak řešit. I put my coat in the dry cleaner's. There were scarves from the scarf and small stains from everyday wear on it. It was nice that he was done the next day. But all they did with him was turn it on and put it in plastic wrap. Stains unchanged, lumps everywhere, my hair remained on it. I was very dissatisfied. The lady was uncomfortable and reluctant to deal with it.
