Přitáhl me do prodejny batoh, pak se mi líbily jedny espadrilky, lituji toho, že jsem si je nevyzkoušela. Bohužel v té době jsem vybirala batoh. Az budu mít cestu okolo, opět se stavím. I have to praise the mistress, they were very kind and willing. I dragged my backpack into the store, then I liked some espadrilles, I regret not trying it out. Personál je ochotný a dokonce pořadí a i dokáže pomoc s výběrem. Excellent stuff when you hide both social and leisure shoes. It's a little more expensive, but it's worth it. The staff is willing and even in order and can help with the selection.
L	Luca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto příšerný přístup ve chvíli kdy něco reklamujete, koupila jsem si v této prodejně boty za 4590,-, následně jsem asi po dvou měsících měla rozlepenou podešev a dala k reklamaci, cca 2 týdny před Vánoci. Přesně třicátý den od převzetí reklamace mi ve 20:06 telefonovali a psali sms, že reklamace je vyřízená, což je sice v zákonné lhůtě, ale boty už byly opravené cca po týdnu od převzetí, což mi vedoucí sdělila po telefonu s tím, že se mi nemohli mezi svátky dovolat a i mi psali smsku, což je lež. Přišla jsem na prodejnu slepené boty převzít a chtěla jsem vidět smsku co mi údajně poslali a tvrdili mi po telefonu, že si schovávají na prodejně veškerou mobilní komunikaci s klienty, řekla jsem paní, že mi přijde dost nekorektní ozvat se mi po osmé hodině večer poslední den kdy bylo nutné reklamaci v zákonné lhůtě vyřídit a přitom boty na mě čekaly 3 týdny hotové na prodejně. Paní mě arogantně odvětila, že mi to oznámili v zákonem dané lhůtě a že sms komunikaci má u sebe paní vedoucí a ta se v prodejně zrovna nenachází, takže mi to ukázat nemůže. Samozřejmě, že nemůže, protože mě nikdo nekontaktovat. Když kupuji boty za 4590,- očekávám slušné a fér jednání, když se mi po třech nošeních rozlepí!!! A ne jasné zdržování v rámci plynutí reklamačního období a arogantní chování personálu. Absolutely terrible attitude when you complain something, I bought shoes in this store for 4590, -, then after about two months I had a soled sole and put a complaint, about 2 weeks before Christmas. Exactly on the thirtieth day after receiving the complaint at 20:06 they phoned me and wrote that the complaint is settled, which is within the legal deadline, but the shoes were repaired about a week after receipt, which the manager told me over the phone saying they couldn't call me between the holidays, and they wrote me a piece of cake, which is a lie. I came to take over the glued shoes and wanted to see what they said they sent me and told me over the phone that they were hiding all the mobile communication with their clients at the store, I told the lady that I found it fairly incorrect to contact me after 8 pm the day when it was necessary to settle the claim within the legal deadline, while the shoes waited for me 3 weeks ready at the store. The lady arrogantly replied that they had informed me of this within the statutory deadline and that the sms were in charge of the sms communication and she was not in the store, so she could not show me. Of course you can't, because no one can contact me. When I buy shoes for 4590, - I expect decent and fair negotiations, when I wear three after wearing !!! And not a clear delay in the complaint period and arrogant behavior of staff.
