M	Monika Mahr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Takhle strasny zakaznicky servis sem nikdy nezazila! Slecna/pani mela hodne nahlas pusteny hard core nebo metal, v tom se nevyznam. Lezela oprena o pult. Poprosila sem ji o troje boty ve sve velikosti, znudene je donesla, praskla je predeme, nerekla pul slova. Nemohla sem se rozhodnout ktere si vyberu, tak sem ji rekla, ze si to rozmyslim a vratim se. Slecna nerekla nic, jen zakroutila hlavou a vyvratila oci. Boty sem si chtela koupit, ale bohuzel tenhle servis me odradil. Objednam si je z webu, do toho obchodu uz nevkrocim! Pracovala sem jako prodavacka nakou dobu, takze vim, jak to nekdy muze byt tezke, ale tohle byla hruza! :( smutne, ze v servisu takove znacky je tak strasna obsluha :( I have never experienced such a terrible customer service here! The lady / lady had a very loud hard core or metal, I don't know that. She was leaning against the counter. I asked her for three shoes the size of her, she brought them bored, she broke them in front, she didn't say half a word. I couldn't decide which one to choose, so I told her I would change my mind and come back. The lady said nothing, just shook her head and rolled her eyes. I wanted to buy shoes here, but unfortunately this service discouraged me. I will order them from the web, I will not enter that store again! I've been working as a saleswoman for a while, so I know how hard it can sometimes be, but this was horrible! :( sad that there is such a terrible service in the service of such a brand :(

Odpoved na pozdrav, jako kdybysme pani prodavacku obtezovali, servis nula, oblicej celou dobu v grimase "Co si vubec dovolujeme lezt do prodejny". Kdyz si odmyslim tuto parodii na prodavacku, tak je prodejna vcelku pekna. Absolutely tragic service, I am surprised that some customers still come here. Respond to the greeting, as if we bothered the saleswoman, service zero, all the time grimacing "What we dare to climb to the store". If I disregard this parody of a saleswoman, the store is pretty nice.
M	Michaela Schlosserová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní prodavačka na Myslbeku se tváří, jako kdyby jí patřil celý řetězec a velmi ji obtěžovalo, že musí ztrácet čas se spodinou v podobě nakupujících, dle jejího přístupu a nasazení. Během nákupu byla nepříjemná i na jiné zákaznice, neodpověděla na pozdrav a slečně, která se zeptala, jestli mají boty v její velikosti odsekla, že to se musí sama slečna podívat. Opravdu lol. Slečna se tedy otočila na podpatku a odešla. Věřím, že kdyby se setkala s příjemným zákaznický servisem, možná by to skončilo tím, že odcházela s novým párem bot. Já osobně jsem se ptala, jestli jsou boty dostupné v jiném čísle na jiné prodejně. Odpověď: “Jsme na Zličíně a na Chodově.” AHA! Na to jsem teda paní prodavačce odpověděla, že vím, kde jsou po Praze prodejny, ale nechápu, co mi tím chce říct, když se ptám na dostupnost konkrétního artiklu. Milostivě a útrpným výrazem se tedy podívala do systému. Doporučuju obměnit personál za někoho, koho práce s lidmi tak nesere:)). The saleswoman at Myslbek looks as if she has the whole chain and has been very annoyed that she has to waste time with the shoppers' bottom, according to her attitude and commitment. She was uncomfortable with other customers during the shopping, she did not respond to the greeting, and Miss, who asked if they had shoes in her size, retorted that she had to look at herself. Really lol. So the lady turned on her heel and left. I believe that if she encountered a pleasant customer service, maybe it would end up leaving with a new pair of shoes. I personally asked if the shoes were available in another number at another store. Answer: “We are at Zličín and at Chodov.” AHA! So I replied to the saleswoman that I know where the stores are in Prague, but I do not understand what he wants to tell me when I ask about the availability of a particular article. So she looked into the system with merciful expression. I recommend changing the staff for someone who doesn't work with people :)).

When I entered the shop and was the only one there, the two sales assistents were just talking to each other and didnt even bother to say hi to me back. I just tried a pair of shoes on and left. There wasnt any interaction. Kind of sad honestly, I would expect better from Vagabond.
