T	Tina Franko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worse haircuts of my life! I was contemplating to go back and asked them to fix it but I'm afraid they will do even more damage. For me -never again! They used to be very good couple of years ago,so I didn't check the reviews. I so wish I had!
N	Nina B on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service! We went in for a hair cut for my daughter. The line was loooong, but that was understandable and beyond their control. What shocked me is that they insisted that my starving 4 year old had to sit in the salon to hold her place in the line which was a 1 hour wait, but I could leave and get her food. Obviously not parents!

While I've had decent and friendly service here in the past, and the service overall at Chodov centrum has undeniably improved, this place seems to aspire to the lowest quality,and service standards have plummeted. Today walked in to a nearly empty salon, and apparently interrupted one of the servers' lunch. She refused to understand (even pointing at my head got "NE ROZUMIN!!!"). When I persisted, and she directed me to the hair washing station, I had my jacket on, and got "HELLO!!!" with exasperated eye rolling while pointing at the coat rack.. I walked out. I suggest that you never walk in.

A lady ordered me to sit down as if she was talking to a dog. She looked at my hair and told me I would have to pay the woman's rate (double the price) as my hair was long. I am a man, 25 yo, and average hair. This is inacceptable. What a disgrace. Wanted to get that girl fired but unfortunately all the managers were on lunch break. Lucky her. I left.

C	Chris Horn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited over an hour despite the place not being busy at all. When it was finally my time for a haircut the service was unbelievably rude and unpleasant. The haircut I received was probably the worst I’ve ever had in my life and quite expensive. The person cutting my hair was so rough I felt like I was being punched in the head. I have a headache while writing this review from how I was literally hit on the side of my head constantly with the clippers. When I arrived I was smiling, polite, friendly and asked in czech what I wanted. I see no reason for this terrible treatment, reading other reviews it seems my experience was not an isolated incident. Avoid this place. I would rather have my hair look like a wild animal was sleeping on my head than go back here. If your a guy just go to a barber in the center somewhere, it will be cheaper, better and a much nicer experience. I think the staff have minimal training and experience, the place only exists because of its convenient location.

Despite the fact that I agreed with a price of 4250 Kzc for a hair cut and color for my mothers hair, tha lady was so rude .....I never in my life had a chance to witness. She said that she has a lot of work for this and if my mother does nor speak Czech she will not do it . I really hope that owner will read this also....she even start screaming at me when I said it's unbelievable.
J	Jirka Havlicek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is always a last resort when you want to go somewhere without booking first. The man haircuts are really expensive for the result and time the hairdresser spends with you. It’s always there when you need it, if you’re willing to wait for an hour or so.
