Neochotné a nepříjemné paní prodavačky, při zeptání jestli mají jinou velikost než na stojanu bylo vidět, že je obtěžujeme, poslouchaly jen napůl ucha, ani se při rozhovoru neotočily na nás jako zákazníky. Nakonec jsme koupili bundu a kalhoty, ale přesvědčení jsme o tom nebyli. Po návštěvě jiného obchodu, kde zákaznický servis proběhl úplně na jiné úrovni jsme se rozhodli bundu s kalhoty vrátit. Prodavačky v Nordblac opět nepříjemné, div se jim nevykoulely oči z důlků jak byly naštvané, že něco vracíme a mají práci navíc. Dozvěděli jsme se, že peníze nevrací a je to napsané na účtence - tak super, že se to zákazník dozví až potom co nakoupí! Peníze jsme dostali na poukázky v určité hodnotě, které jsou značně nepružné, protože jestliže je hodnota poukázky 1000kč, musím vybrat zboží za stejně nebo víc, nelze se vrátit příště a použít zbytek peněz podruhé - tak hlavně že běžná praxe obchodů v 21.století je elektronické nabití kartička, se kterou se dá platit dokud tam něco je. Další zrada přišla při pohledu na poukázku - lze uplatit jen v několika málo prodejnách po ČR, NE online obchod a ani prodejny co jsou vedené jako franchisa - což se člověk dozví až když tam vleze a zeptá se, jestli berou ony poukázky. No, potvrzeno sečteno, tahle značka a obchod obrovské zklamání a už mě ani nikoho z mého okolí tam neuvidí, protože tuhle zkušenost si pro sebe nenechám. This deserves zero stars, so I didn't experience non-customer business and service. Reluctant and unpleasant saleswoman, when asked if they have a different size than on the stand, it was clear that we were harassing them, they listened only half an ear, nor did they turn to us as customers during the conversation. In the end, we bought a jacket and pants, but we weren't convinced. After visiting another store, where customer service took place at a completely different level, we decided to return the jacket with trousers. The saleswomen in Nordblac were uncomfortable again, no wonder their eyes weren out of their sockets as they were upset that we were returning something and they had extra work. We learned that the money is not returned and it is written on the receipt - so great that the customer will find out only after buying! We got the money for vouchers of a certain value, which are very inflexible, because if the value of the voucher is 1000 CZK, I have to choose the goods for the same or more, can not return next time and use the rest of the money a second time an electronic charge card with which you can pay as long as there is something. Another betrayal came when looking at the voucher - it can be used in only a few stores in the Czech Republic, NOT the online store or stores that are run as franchises - which one only finds out when you get in there and asks if they take those vouchers. Well, add up, this brand and the store are a huge disappointment and they won't see me or anyone around me there anymore, because I won't keep this experience to myself.
