J	Jan Kozel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personál příjemný ač nezkušený. Donesl jsem na opravu hodinky Longines. Tam mi pán řekl, že je nefunkční strojek - výměna 5000 nebo že je odemě koupí. Na to jsem zašel do Bechyně(Autorizovaný servis Longines) kde stačilo výměnit baterku a nějaká lehká práce na strojku za 500 Kč. Nedoporučuji. Staff pleasant although inexperienced. I brought a Longines watch to be repaired. There, the gentleman told me that the machine was malfunctioning - exchanging 5,000 or that he would buy them from home. I went to Bechyně (Authorized Longines Service) where it was enough to replace the flashlight and some light work on the machine for 500 CZK. I do not recommend.
A	A Afcxx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem nedávno v tomto obchodě a chtěla vyměnit baterku u hodinek. Hodinky mám značkové a staly 20 000 kč. Pan hodinář je odmítl s tím,že je škráblé sklíčko. Když jsem mu řekla, že hodinky byly dost drahé na to abych je měla nefunkční, řekl mi z arogancí, že on si to na triko nevezme. Ze otevřít mi je může, ale ,že když by je musel uzavřít používá na to přístroj který pod tlakem uzavře v hodinkách baterii. Což může vést k poškození skla. Ano to dokážu pochopit. A proto se ptala, jestli je někde nějaký hodinář,který by to vyměnil. Řekl, že tohle si na triko nikdo nevezme. Poprosila jsem ho znovu, že by měl umět vyměnit baterii i když je tam škrábnuté sklo. Ať to neprodlužuji...začal mluvit hodně nahlas a nepříjemná byla i paní prodavačka. ...že mi to neudělají a že mají další zákazníky a potřebuji obsluhovat. Ok odešla jsem. Baterku mi vyměnili v OC KOTVA , kde byl příjemný pán hodinář, a nepotřeboval na uzavření hodinek žádný "repasovaci pristroj". Byl velmi milí a měl to během 2min vyměněno. Tomuto pánovi z Kotvy dekuji. Chapu, ze někdy člověk nemá náladu, ale jak je možné, že někde to jde a někdy ne. Je to o lidech. Stačilo, říct...' nezlob te se, ale mám strach toto udělat...A ne hned křičet a dělat z vás blbce. I was in this store recently and wanted to replace my watch flashlight. I changed the flashlight in the KOTVA shopping center, where the watchmaker was nice, and did not need any "refurbishing apparatus" to close the watch. He was very nice and had it changed in 2min. I thank this man from Kotva. Chapu, sometimes you are not in the mood, but how is it possible that somewhere and sometimes not. It's about people. All you have to do is say ... 'I'm sorry, but I'm afraid to do this ... And not to scream right away and make you stupid.

E	Erika Es on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byla jsem zde poprve vymenit baterku do hodinek, cena cca 500 Kc. Pri druhe navsteve o mesic pozdeji si stejna prodavacka na stejne hodinky rekla o 1000 Kc. Nedokazala mi odpovedet, proc minule byla cena polovicni, pouze opakovala, ze hodinky jsou znackove, a reagovala podrazdene, nervozne. Evidentni sizeni zakazniku, nedoporucuji! I was here for the first time to replace the flashlight in the watch, the price is about 500 CZK. On the second visit a month later, the same saleswoman told the same watch about 1000 CZK. She couldn't answer me why the price was half last time, she just repeated that the watch was branded, and she reacted irritably, nervously. Evident customer service, I do not recommend!
