★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Покупала кольцо. Через пол года носки отвалилось крепление кристаллика. Когда я пришла за рекламацией, мне дважды отказали. Как только я заговорила о защите прав потребителей, менеджер приняла кольцо и сказала, что отправит в Щвейцарию на проверку. А через 4 дня они мне вернули кольцо с письменным отказом от фирмы. Как вы думаете, могли ли они за это время действительно отправить кольцо в Швейцарию? Притом, что их основное производство в Австрии.
Я не пошла дальше к защите прав потребителей, потому что в России мне починили это кольцо. А этой франшизе я желаю лучшего, ибо двух потенциальных клиентов после такого отношения вы точно навсегда потеряли.
 I bought a ring. After half a year, the socks of the crystalline mount fell off. When I came for the complaint, they refused me twice. As soon as I spoke about consumer protection, the manager accepted the ring and said that she would send it to Switzerland for verification. And after 4 days they returned the ring to me with a written refusal from the company. Do you think they could really send the ring to Switzerland during this time? Moreover, their main production is in Austria.
I did not go further to protecting consumer rights, because in Russia they repaired this ring. And I wish this franchise the best, because you definitely lost two potential customers after such an attitude.
