★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné a vstřícné slečny (schopné poradit, pomoct s hledáním velikostí…), také je to krásný obchod s oblečením z příjemných materiálů (hlavně jejich mikiny a loungewear).
Za sebe můžu jen doporučit.

Perhaps the best store to choose a gift for a girlfriend! The staff is incredibly helpful, what they don't like at the store they like to bring from the warehouse, or reorder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dneska jsem byla na pobočce oysho na Chodově a byl to poslední krát!!! Obsluha náhovno!!!! S/A NIc nevěděli, bavili mezi sebou, neusmívali a Ani nepozdravili při vstupu!!!! Když jsem šla na pokladnu a chtěla zeptat pokladničku o velikosti, tak ona koukala na svůj Instagram a řekla “ já nic nevím”!!!!

Today I was at the oysho branch in Chodov and it was the last time !!! Staff service !!!! S / A They didn't know anything, they had fun with each other, they didn't smile and they didn't even greet them at the entrance !!!! When I went to the cash register and wanted to ask the cashier about the size, she looked at her Instagram and said "I don't know anything" !!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stejně jako slečna predemnou jsem nakoupila online s vyzvednutim na prodejně. Zkontroluji si, ze je prodejna otevrena a podstoupim hodinovou cestu na Chodov jen abych zjistila, ze se objednavky vydavaji jen v určitý den a hodinu. Ani v smsce ani v mailu o tom nebylo ani zmínky! A kdybych neovladala angličtinu, tak se ani nedozvím, ze uz mi leginy přišly, protoze znacka komunikuje pouze v cizim jazyce. Pred prodejnou jsem volala na jimi uvedené číslo, a přestože me slecna videla a telefon ji zvonil pod rukou, tak se neobtezovala ho zvednout. Absolutně neprofesionalni, tuto znacku nikomu nedoporucuji.
Like Miss Advance, I bought online with a pick-up at the store. I will check that the store is open and I will take an hour's trip to Chodov just to find out that orders are issued only on a certain day and hour. There was no mention of it in the text or in the e-mail! And if I didn't speak English, I wouldn't even know that the leggings had already arrived, because the brand only communicates in a foreign language. I called the number in front of the store, and even though the girl saw me and the phone rang under her arm, she didn't bother to pick it up. Absolutely unprofessional, I do not recommend this brand to anyone.

I was buying a gift for my gf and girls working there were really open with suggestions which helped quite a bit.
In addition, clothes are really high quality and justify the price you pay for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved Oysho, but having very bad experience right now. Few weeks ago I bought pants for autumn, which after my first washing get twice smaller. So it is absolutely not possible to wear.
Came to give it back and shop assistant with manager absolutely refuse to take it cause I don’t have the receipt( the law says that confirmation from the bank is enough).
They said that they will need to ask for receipt from main office and it will come in 3-4 days. Waiting for more then 1 week- no answer.
The communication is polite but not helpful. “Sorry we can’t do anything”.
Main office phone nobody pick up. In Chodov they refuse to take it back.
That’s crazy. To sell - very easy. To take responsibility for things they sell- doesn’t seem to be possible ?♀️
I am very disappointed and highly don’t recommend to buy scuba trousers…:/
