★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příšerný zákaznický servis. Koupíte boty za 8 tisic. A za 14 dní nejsou schopni odpovědět na email. O vyřízení reklamace radši ani nemluvím. Boty si opravím na vlastní náklady. Nikdy víc tenhle obchod. !!!!!
Terrible customer service. You buy shoes for 8 thousand. And in 14 days they are unable to respond to the email. I'd rather not even talk about handling the complaint. I will repair the shoes at my own expense. Never again this shop. !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluhoval me Dominik s dlouhyma vlasama. Skvely prodejce a strasne fajn clovek. Nemuzu si stezovat! Vse mi vysvetlil, doporucil ochrany pripravek a jeste me provedl kramem, jake jsou zrovna slevy.
I was served by Dominik with long hair. Great seller and terribly nice person. I can not complain! He explained everything to me, recommended the protection of the products and even took me through the shop, what are the discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dvakrát jsem objednával dárek pro příbuzné, na poslední chvíli objednávku stornovali. To bylo k narozeninám. Řekl jsem si že jim dám ještě jednu šanci, tak jsem objednal dárky k Vánocům, opět to samé. Nedoporučuji využívat eshop

Byla jsem mile překvapena prodavač David, který mě obsluhoval byl velice ochotný a doporučil mi několik modelů tenisek z jejich nabídky ke každé botě měl nějakou zajímavost a díky jeho obsluze jsem si dokonce vybrala dvoje boty, bohužel moje peňeženka nebyla tak nadšená jako já:)
I visited this store on Sunday.
I was pleasantly surprised by the salesman David, who served me was very helpful and recommended me several models of sneakers from their offer for each shoe had some interest and thanks to his staff I even chose two shoes, unfortunately my wallet was not as excited as me :)
