Take great care of the eshop. They state that they have available products in stock on e-shop on heureke but they do not actually have them. Absolutne neodporucam.
O	Ondrej Sochor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udelali mi blbe bryle, vzdalelost zornic mi namerili 63mm, skutecnost je 65mm, ale bryle mi vyrobili o 4mm vice nez sami namerili na 67mm, aniz by me na to upozornili. takze tak. They made me stupid glasses, the distance of pupils measured me 63mm, the reality is 65mm, but the glasses made me 4mm more than myself measured at 67mm, without warning me. takze tak.
F	Filip Neuwirth on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nechápu jejich pravěký přístup k reklamacím. Pokud nemáte dodací lístek a účtenku, tak si můžete zajít maximálně ke kontejnerům. Bravo! I do not understand their prehistoric approach to complaints. If you do not have a delivery note and receipt, you can go to the containers at most. Bravo!
H	Honza Soukup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemám s touto prodejnou dobrou zkušenost. Brýle mají pěkné a já si vybral, objednal a zaplatil více než 10000. Bohužel skla mi změřili špatně a po 3 týdnech nošení jsem je byl reklamovat, protože mě s nimi silně bolela hlava. Poslali mě na jinou pobočku, kde mají lékařku, která mi oči i skla přeměřila a korigivala je o více než 1 dioptrii jinak, než bylo původní měření! Následně jsem musel tedy zpět na Chodov, kde brýle vzali na reklamaci a nyní již 3 týdny čekám. Když jsem na prodejnu zavolal, kdy že brýle budou hotové, arogantní slečna mi jen sdělila, že musím čekat měsíc. Ty brýle ani skla nejsou úplně levné, trochu naivně jsem očekával, že platím za obroučky, skla a servis. Bohužel skla a servis, tedy co k obroučkám přidává tato prodejna, jsou velmi chabé. Jednou se určitě ke svým brýlím dostanu a uvidím na ně bez bolesti hlavy, ale stojí to krom peněz i opravdu hodně času a nákupu zde lituji. I have no good experience with this store. The glasses are nice and I chose, ordered and paid more than 10000. Unfortunately, the glasses measured me badly and after 3 weeks of wearing them I was claiming them because I had a severe headache. They sent me to another branch where they have a doctor who measured my eyes and glasses and corrigated them more than 1 diopter differently than the original measurement! Consequently, I had to go back to Chodov, where the glasses were taken to claim and now I have been waiting for 3 weeks. When I called the store when the glasses were ready, the arrogant lady just told me I had to wait a month. The glasses and the glasses aren't quite cheap, a little naive I expected to pay for frames, glasses, and service. Unfortunately, the glass and service, which this shop adds to the frames, are very poor. I will definitely get to my glasses once and see them without a headache, but it costs a lot of time and money to regret.
L	Lucie Nováková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel, absolutní nespokojenost. Chybně změřené dioptrie, skla podstatně dražší než u konkurence. Cenu obrub nehodnotím, přecijen se jedná o značkové brýle. Ale za tu cenu by člověk čekal alespoň kvalitní servis. Nechali jsme si zrak ještě přeměřit jinde, jelikož se nám zdálo zvláštní, že by se jednomu z nás zrak od posledního měření o tolik zlepšil a druhému o tolik zhoršil. Nebudeme za tu cenu riskovat zdraví našich očí a budeme hledat jinde :) Unfortunately, absolute dissatisfaction. Incorrectly measured diopters, glasses significantly more expensive than the competition. I do not evaluate the price of frames, these are overrated branded glasses. But for that price, one would expect at least quality service. We had our eyesight re-measured elsewhere, as it seemed strange to us that the vision of one of us would have improved so much since the last measurement and the other would have deteriorated so much. We will not risk the health of our eyes at that price and we will look elsewhere :)
C	Christopher Seabolt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT (May 30, 2019): If it were not for the fact that I have bought four pair from this place over a year ago before realizing how poor the quality is, I'd not deal with them at all. Of the four, two have lenses which pop out on a regular basis, and I have to keep returning them for repair. The repairs last for little more than a week. And the customer service! Simply "wow!". Hostile, deliberately and obstinately unhelpful. It's of the "I'm looking for cameras, because this has to be some hidden camera comedy". I held up the lens, which had fallen out of the frame, and the frame it had fallen out of, and the ridiculous person there couldn't understand why that was a problem. English language is a trigger for these folks. When I say "hostile", I'm not exaggerating. It's full on abusive and contemptuous. ORIGINAL: Your experience here entirely depends upon the person working behind the counter. I've had decent service in the past, but the lady (loosely described) currently providing "service" does so as if it's an immense favor. Clearly, not a happy employee. The place is also very expensive. Even basic stuff. I've spent over €600 in this store in the last two months on simple glasses, and never once have they thrown in a (branded - see photo) case or cloth gratis. Clearly, customer service is a luxury, even with these prices.
